Last week we took a surprise overnight trip, probably the last one before baby comes, so most of my menu didn't happen. This week I am cooking some meals ahead and freezing for when baby comes, instead of doing all of it in one 3-4 hour session I am just cooking double to freeze half. The first listed is vegetarian, the second is not.

Wednesday: Mexican Casserole

Thursday: Thanksgiving
I am making Green bean casserole and a pumpkin roll for dessert
Friday: Mexican Casserole
Chicken Alfredo Sandwiches
Saturday: Baked Ziti
Sunday: Baked Ziti
Chicken Parm Sandwiches
