I cannot believe that it is almost May. I have been so busy that April has just flown by. Last week we had a revival at our church. It was amazing. However, we ended up eating fast food just about everyday since I would rush home, change clothes and leave for church. So I am ready to get back to cooking at home and trying to lose weight. Here's the menu:
