
I can't believe April is here already. I really want to start menu planning for a month at a time, instead of weekly. I haven't had a chance to set down and do it, maybe I will get to this week. I think that would streamline grocery shopping for me, and I would know what I needed to stockpile. The first listed is vegetarian, the second one is not.

I didn't know that Falafel's were vegetarian! Cool! I will have to remember to bookmark this Racael Ray Recipe.
Yes they are made out of chickpeas. The recipe calls for 2 cans plus some spices which makes 4 patties.
