This week I have done really good with my food intake. I finished off the last of the chocolates at work so those no longer taunt me to eat them. I have eaten a lot of vegetables this week which was one of the things I was really trying for. However I did not get any exercise in this week. I haven't felt the best all week, I've run a low fever a couple days so I took it easy this week. My husband is determined to start running again so I will go out with him every evening next week and walk while he runs. I would love to be a runner but, I'm far from that point in my life right now. This week I'm so excited that I lost 2 lb!!
