I have been struggling with making my menu plans. They never seem to actually follow what I write down. I have also been changing my eating habits so I am not eating what I used to, which is a good thing, but I'm still cooking the same amount. So food is lasting me a lot longer than it was. So I'm trying to learn how to cook smaller amounts or freeze half.
Monday: Family Cookout
Tuesday: Spinach stuffed shells
Pepperoni stuffed shells
Wednesday: Spinach stuffed shells
BBQ Pork
Thursday: Enchiladas
Chicken Parm Sandwiches
Friday: Enchiladas
Chicken Pattys
Saturday: Grilled Cheese & Salad
Chicken parm Sandwiches
Sunday: leftovers
